Bed weigh system, model WPT-4B-500C
Model WPT-4B-500C has been designed especially for the weighing of patients laying in bed. The four weighblocks are to be placed each under a bed swivel.
A lifting jack, especially designed for this, makes it easy to lift a bed swivel and put the weighblock underneath. After having connected the cabling the weighing can be started. The empty bed can be weighed in advance, after which the tare key can be pushed. Once the weight of the bed is known it can be inserted manually as a tare, with any future weighing.
When weighing the patient, laying in bed, the tare weight is automatically subtracted from the total weight, enabling the patient's weight reading in the display.
