The verified versions of the series precision balances DS and DK and i.a. analytical balances of the NL- series are supplied standard with Ultrablock, a durable and light one piece aluminum alloy mass weighing sensor.
The compact, uniform structure replaces 70 parts found in a conventional electromagnetic balance sensor assembly and ensures stable temperature characteristics, excellent response time and stable corner-load performance.
The Ultrablock design permits a consistency of production that assures reliability and a long operational life.
The latest Ultrablock version realizes high-precision processing of electrical discharge wire that is applied to an aluminum alloy block to replace the conventional sensor block assembly. As such, it uses no springs or screws. This uniform structure greatly improves response and temperature characteristics, and the simple yet compact design improves impact resistance. Ultrablok’s compact, uniform structure provides stable temperature characteristics, excellent response time and stable performance under corner loads. Scales equipped with Ultrablock offer very reliable weighing, even during prolonged use.
The models of the NLW(D)-C-M series of analytical laboratory balances are equipped with the latest Ultrablock weighing sensor as standard.
