Weighing indicator HP-Ultra is a versatile weighing indicator/controller with high performance.
The HP-Ultra series has an ABS plastic housing.
With special software for OEM systems for industrial automation.

The available inputs and outputs, the many functions and the available serial commands allow a simple connection to a pc or plc, so that many functions in the weighing system can be automated.

Can be used as a digital 4-channel junction box or as a control for 4 independent weighing systems.

There are 12 different firmware versions available (FW-00). Click on a link below for particular applications and properties:

  • 4 independent analog channels (up to 2 in the FW-03 version, 1 in the FW-09 version) for weight reading
  • management of 16 analog load cells of 350 Ω (45 cells of 1000 Ω)
  • power supply: built-in battery and internal battery charger 230V
  • 4 opto-isolated outputs, 2 opto-isolated inputs
  • standard equipped with 2x RS-232 interfaces (for connecting printer, radio interface, PC, PLC or external display), 1x RS-232/RS-485 interface (for connecting PC, PLC or digital load cells), PS/2 connection (for connecting external PC keyboard or barcode scanner)
  • available in several versions for different applications

  • optional Bluetooth connection, for fast wireless programming of activities and formulas, via PC, tablet or mobile phone.
