You can drop off your balance for repair or send it to our Technical Department. Do not forget to state your details and description of the malfunction. You can make use of our form, you can download by clicking on the link below.
Open the downloaded form, print it and fill out sheet 1 as completely as possible and add it to the weigh scale to be repaired.
