Through this page it is possible to ask for help in solving a problem with weighing software, supplied by Henk Maas Scales B.V.

General conditions for Remote Assistance.
Art.1
This service includes taking over the client’s PC in order to solve problems with AllScales software, supplied by Henk Maas Scales B.V. Installing peripherals (printers, USB devices, etc.) and questions and / or problems with other software that is not provided by Henk Maas Scales B.V. are not covered by this service.
Art.2
Reinstalling the software after a computer problem, not caused by Henk Maas Scales B.V., and no longer available, is not covered by this service as well. A reinstallation should always be done according to hourly rate, by a technician on site. This also applies to the re-installation of the HM software after purchasing a new PC.
Art.3
The price of this online service is € 42.50 for setting up the connection between client PC and Henk Maas Scales B.V. including the first 30 minutes. Each additional 15 minutes will be charged at the amount of € 17.50. These invoices are payable as described in our general sales conditions.
Art.4
Interventions that need to be carried out while it is not possible to solve the problems through the online service, are never covered under warranty and will be calculated at the normal hourly rate.
Art.5
The customer is responsible himself for backing up his data. Henk Maas Scales B.V. is not responsible for any loss of data / programs after an online intervention.

Art.7
The customer agrees that Henk Maas Scales B.V. processes the specified personal data for the preparation of an invoice (if applicable) and / or contact the customer regarding the weighing software. Read more about this in our privacy policy statement.
